The Employees Free Choice Act. It would impose unionization without a secret ballot vote of the workers. There are pros and cons on this all over the web. Do a search for "Employees Free Choice Act" on Google. Also note that the first 4.5 pages of returns on Google (who is noted for being a very liberal organization) are 100% from web sites that support the measure. Not until page five of the returns do you find a web page in opposition (see more on this by searching for "is google liberal").
